We provide free delivery and setup within a 30 km radius of North San Diego. This includes areas like Downtown San Diego, La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, and surrounding neighborhoods. For deliveries beyond this range, please contact us for a custom quote.
How far in advance should I book my event?â–¼
We recommend booking at least 7-14 days in advance to ensure availability. However, we do accept last-minute bookings depending on our schedule. For large events or special requests, booking 2-4 weeks ahead is ideal. Contact us as soon as possible to check availability for your desired date.
What is your cancellation policy?â–¼
Cancellations made 7 or more days before your event will receive an 80% refund of your deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing event insurance for added protection.
Do you offer delivery and setup?â–¼
Yes! Delivery and professional setup are included in all our packages for events within our service area. Our team will arrive early to set up all equipment and ensure everything is ready for your guests. Pickup and takedown are also included after your event.
Can the tent withstand San Diego weather?â–¼
Our 20x30 tent is designed to withstand San Diego's typical weather conditions, including wind and occasional rain. However, we cannot guarantee protection against severe weather events. We recommend checking the forecast and having a backup plan for extreme conditions. For events during rainy season, we offer additional protective measures.
What payment methods do you accept?â–¼
We accept cash, credit cards, bank transfers, and digital payments. A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 3 days before your event. We can discuss custom payment arrangements for large corporate events.
Are there discounts for large events?â–¼
Yes! We offer volume discounts for large corporate events, weddings, and multi-day rentals. The more equipment you rent, the better the discount. Contact us with your event details for a custom quote and to discuss available discounts.
How many people can the tent accommodate?â–¼
